Comments for the reverse grids:

If any driver wishes to start at the back of the grid for the 2nd race, then please say in warmup straight away. Most of us have tried the reverse grids before and know what to expect, and if admin feel the procedure is not working, a short super pole quali session will be implemented for the 2nd race.

Penalties:

If there is an incident that a driver feels admin need to be made aware of, please contact by pm Adz, Tom, David Clark, Mike and Iain. If an admin member is involved, then contact the others. If required, weight or drive-thro penalties will be awarded to the penalized driver.

Yeah its not possible to define the cars on the server exactly like on the list.
But I don't think there is a problem as I expect the 1600 to be slower then the 1800 :)

Yeeeha !!! You just gotta try the DB4 round Londrina, wow it's fun and the physics are spot on, feels just like an old banger with far to much grunt for the suspension, just the way it should be lol !
Great combo here Risto, luv it ! :)

Strange thing, Kaspersky AV stalls my rF with historic and uses most of the CPU, it takes 10 minutes from launching to getting on track! It never happened before and no big deal really as I can switch AV off, but Ive never noticed such performance drop from AV prog. Had anyone observed similar situations with this mod? If it launches long check your AV cpu usage.

Yep same here it hangs on the opening splash screen maybe about 2 mins realtime, once it loads it sems ok.
I might try asking my AV not to scan this folder.

The animation on the showrooom/garage is real lagy i did turn animation off within graphic option in the .PLR but made no diffrence.

All good here, I use the new Shortcut on my desktop, loads up same as ever and all the graphics are smooth.
Have you tried with game booster on? It may help. http://download.cnet.com/Game-Booster/3 ... 13645.html

Cheers Adam , i am using the shortcut also m8 , i tried that Gamebooster once and never again Lol but it not needed on my comp tbh , about the animation tho you would think that by turning it OFF within the file it would turn OFF but it seems to have no effect , strange one mate tbh it's not an issue that will interupt my sessions in anyway.

If anyone wants some fun with manual clutch and H-pattern shifter; I think clutch usually gives best feeling with sensitivity as high as 80-90% (autoblip=0 in .plr), opposed to throttle and brake for which I use 30-40%. Then just give your wheel 900 degrees or at least 720 and enjoy the workout!

WOW, had some great fun last evening. Took me some laps to get used to them. Coming out of a F1 these feel like they have no rubber on the tyres and there is no engine in there.
But ones getting used to the tiny grip levels and tiny engine (well big engine with little HP :) is was great fun. LOOOVE IT.
But you have to give it some time and get used to it. They feel crap first lap and then they get better and you end up with a big smile on your face. Racing close together with these will make it even better.

Got to agree with you there Tom, I always rated this mod as one of the very best and so far the newest version seems even better !
Any car I have tried so far, on and off line, has had it's own character, each different from the last.
In our current set choice the A110 and the Aston DB4 are very comparable on lap times, but very different on track, great fun and a fantastic series to lead us up to the start of the F1 season......and beyond? 8)

Yes they are a great scrap even now, but i the track is a bit too twisty for these cars. Still great for fun and sideways simulative driving, i am even using cockpit view and lower FOV for the first time. the tracks and cars will get faster so it will only get better :)
